The 3-unit condominium conversion project at 167 Putnam Street broke ground in January of 2017 and is located in the heart of East Boston. Located just a quarter of a mile from the Airport T station and less than 2 blocks from the park as well as many of East Boston’s best restaurants, this location received a 95 Walkscore. This project consisted of a full gut renovation of the building's original interior, creating three luxury condominiums, one 3-bedroom 2 -bathroom duplex unit and two 2-bedroom 2-bathroom units. Each of these luxury units features new Trex back decks accessible from the custom kitchens through french doors, open concept kitchen-living rooms, Nest thermostats and modern finishes and fixtures throughout. Outdoor space is abundant in this project, as the first floor unit offers an expansive fenced-in backyard and the penthouse units offers a large private rooftop deck with sweeping views of the Boston skyline. 167 Putnam was the perfect project for buyers with high end taste and clear vision, as it allowed buyers the ability to work with the developer and customize the design of the space to create the home of their dreams.
