Crown On High
Located in the heart of Dorchester neighborhood just above the large DOT Block Development. This site was originally a single family home that we completed the BPDA and ZBA approval process to build 15 large condos consisting of 2 and 3 bedroom units, 15 garage parking spots, elevator and oversized roof deck with city and ocean view.

38 Lexington Street is located in the heart of Boston’s East Boston neighborhood and transformed a previously single family home into 4 luxury condominium units
331 Chelsea Street
The project at 331 Chelsea Street transformed an East Boston 2-family property into four luxury condominiums.

Six unit condominium conversion project located at the top of Eagle Hill was completed in December 2018
