Crown On High (22 High Street) is located in the heart of Dorchester neighborhood just above the large DOT Block Development. This site was originally a single family home that we completed the BPDA and ZBA approval process to build 15 large condos consisting of 2 and 3 bedroom units, 15 garage parking spots, elevator and oversized roof deck with city and ocean view.
